Statement of Gift

I am pleased to formalize my commitment to give the amount below to the Omicron Alumni Association. I intend for this gift to support the capital improvement expenses of the chapter house at 313 East Armory, Champaign, Illinois 61820.


Fund Designation

In making this commitment, I am designating this gift to be applied toward expenses for capital improvements of the chapter house. By giving to this campaign, I understand this gift will be used in accordance with the mission of the Association as it currently exists.

Society for the Preservation of Greek Housing (SPGH)

If you wish to make a contribution of at least $1,000 or more, it can be made as a tax-deductible through the Society for the Preservation of Greek Housing (a 501(c)(3) non-profit).


Below you will find the easy-to-follow SPGH Contribution steps


  • Alumni can write their check to "The Society for the Preservation of Greek Housing" and, in the memo, notate "For the Omicron Chapter of Psi Upsilon"
  • Alumni can mail their check to: 

    • The Society for the Preservation of Greek Housing

  • The SPGH will process the check, and then they will send a check made out to the Omicron Alumni Association of Psi Upsilon, minus the SPGH fee, to:

    • Omicron Alumni Association of Psi Upsilon
    C/O Mark Tallungan
    P.O. Box 251
    Lockport, IL 60441

    • The SPGH will also mail a letter to the donor directly, so they can use it for tax purposes
    • Once the Omicron Alumni Association of Psi Upsilon receives the check and deposits it, the External Vice President will send a message to the donor, confirming the donation receipt, and thanking them for their “tax-deductible” contribution
